Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup cooked, diced chicken breast 2 tsp. melted butter 4 tsp. Red Hot sauce two 9 inch flour tortillas 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 2 tbsp. sour cream 1/4 of a peeled pitted avocado, sliced 1 tbsp. chopped green onion
Directions
Prepare grill. Toss together diced chicken, butter and Red Hot sauce in a small bowl. Sprinkle Cheddar and Monterey Jack onto 1 tortilla. Place chicken over cheese. Top chicken with the remaining tortilla. Place quesadilla on an oiled grill rack. Grill about 3 to 4 minutes per side until quesadilla is marked and heated through. Slice into wedges. Top with sour cream, avocado slices and chopped green onion. Serve immediately.
Serves 1.
