Latest Recipes Top Recipes Our Friends Home -> Main Dishes -> Pork Grilled Bangkok Pork Chops Recipe Rating: N/A Printer Friendly Recipe submitted by chefdude7263 Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead) Pork: 1/4 cup honey 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup minced fresh garlic 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1/3 cup oriental fish sauce 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves 3 tbsp. minced serrano chile 1 1/2 tsp. ground coriander 1 1/2 tsp. white pepper six 8 ounce pork loin chops Sauce: 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions 4 tbsp. fresh lime juice 3 tbsp. honey 1 tbsp. roasted chile paste Directions For Pork: Combine the honey, olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, cilantro, serrano chiles, coriander and white pepper in a shallow baking dish. Add pork chops and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate pork overnight. Prepare grill. Remove pork from marinade, reserve marinade. Grill chops until done, basting frequently with marinade. For Sauce: Stir together green onions, lime juice, honey and chile paste in a small bowl. Serve pork with sauce. Serves 6.
