Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/3 cup prepared black bean sauce 3 large cloves garlic, peeled and minced 1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 1/2 tbsp. sesame oil 1 tbsp. lime juice 1 tbsp. peeled, finely grated fresh ginger 4 boneless pork chops, about 6 to 8 ounces each
Directions
Prepare the grill. Whisk together the black bean sauce, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice and ginger in a shallow baking dish. Add the pork chops to the dish and turn to coat. Let the pork chops stand 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove the pork from the marinade and place on an oiled grill rack. Grill the pork chops about 5 to 6 minutes per side for medium well. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
