1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro leaves 1 tbsp. peeled, minced fresh ginger 1 to 1 1/2 pound flank steak
Directions
Whisk together the soy sauce, Worcestershire, lemon juice, cilantro and ginger in a 13x9 inch baking disk. Add the flank steak and turn to coat. Cover the dish and let the steak stand 1 hour, turning occasionally. Prepare the grill. Drain the marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Place the steak on an oiled grill rack and grill about 6 to 8 minutes per side for medium rare. Transfer the steak to a platter and tent with foil. Let the steak stand 10 minutes before slicing and serving with the hot marinade.
