Green Beans with Tomato and Feta Cheese Recipe Rating: N/A

Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 large cloves garlic, peeled and slivered
1 pound trimmed fresh green beans
35 ounce can chopped drained plum tomatoes
4 ounces crumbled feta cheese

Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and cook 1 minute, stirring. Stir in beans and tomatoes. Cover and cook until beans are crisp-tender, about 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer bean mixture to a 2 quart casserole dish. Stir in feta. Bake until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.

Serves 6 to 8
