Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cup plain yogurt 1 large clove garlic, peeled and minced 1/2 tsp. crumbled dried oregano 1/4 tsp. pepper 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions
Whisk together yogurt, garlic, oregano and pepper in a large bowl. Add chicken breast halves and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Meanwhile preheat broiler. Line a broiler pan with foil. Remove chicken from the marinade and place on the prepared pan. Reserve marinade. Broil chicken 6 minutes. Turn chicken over and brush with reserved marinade. Sprinkle feta cheese over chicken and broil about 4 minutes until cooked through. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
