Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 head romaine lettuce, torn into pieces 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, torn into pieces 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced 1 red bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and diced 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 large tomato, diced 1/2 cup sliced black olives 8 ounces crumbled feta cheese 2/3 cup prepared oil and vinegar dressing 1/2 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. dried dill 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
Stir together lettuces, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, celery, tomato and black olives in a large salad bowl. Sprinkle with feta. Whisk together dressing, herbs and pepper to blend. Pour over salad and toss well.
Serves 6 to 8.
