Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Salad: 1 can white whole kernel corn, drained 1 can baby peas, drained 1 can French cut green beans, drained 1 jar diced pimientos, drained 1 1/2 cups diced celery 1 medium red onion, peeled and diced 1 large green bell pepper, cored, seeded and diced
Dressing: 2/3 cup sugar 1/2 cup white vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions
For Salad: Mix together corn kernels, baby peas, green beans, pimientos, celery, red onion and bell pepper in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
For Dressing: Whisk together sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper in a small bowl until sugar dissolves. Gradually whisk in vegetable oil.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Transfer salad to an airtight container. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir well before serving.
Serves 6 to 8.
