Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 grapefruit 1 pint strawberries 1/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. aromatic bitters
Directions
Cut each grapefruit in half. Cut around edges and membranes to remove grapefruit sections. Place sections in bowl. Remove membrane from grapefruit shells and reserve shells. Wash and hull strawberries; cut in half and place in bowl with grapefruit sections. Sprinkle sugar and bitters over fruit; toss. Cover and chill.
At serving time, fill grapefruit shells with fruit mixture. If desired, trim with mint leaves.
4 servings.
