Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound ground chuck 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup ketchup 1 tbsp. white vinegar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 1 tsp. paprika 1 tbsp. dark brown sugar hamburger buns, split and toasted
Directions
Combine ground chuck and onion in a large skillet. Cook about 10 minutes over medium heat, breaking up clumps, until beef is browned. Stir in ketchup, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire, Dijon, paprika, sugar and salt. Reduce heat to low and cook about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sloppy Joe mixture is thickened. Spoon onto buns and serve.
Serves 4 to 6.
