Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound ground beef chuck 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 cup prepared chili sauce 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup finely chopped onions 1/2 cup crushed cornflake cereal 1/2 cup canned evaporated milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a sheet pan lightly with nonstick spray. Combine ground beef, salt, pepper, chili sauce, worcestershire, onions, corn flakes and evaporated milk in a large bowl. Mix with your hands until well blended. Shape mixture into 2 inch diameter meatballs. Place meatballs onto prepared pan. Bake about 12 to 15 minutes until cooked through. Serve hot.
Makes about 2 dozen meatballs.
