Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
10 large, hard boiled eggs, peeled and halved 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp. Dijon mustard 1/4 cup fine chopped, oil packed sun dried tomatoes 1 tbsp. minced, canned jalapeno peppers 2 green onions, thinly sliced 6 black olives, pitted and chopped
Directions
Remove yolks from the eggs and mash in a medium bowl. Stir in mayonnaise, Dijon, sun dried tomatoes, jalapenos, green onions and chopped olives. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture onto the egg white halves. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Makes 20 deviled egg halves.
