Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
two 3 ounce packages orange gelatin mix 2 cups boiling water 6 ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained 2 cans mandarin orange segments, drained 3 ounce package french vanilla pudding mix 1 1/2 cups cold milk 1 cup whipped topping 1 cup shredded carrots
Directions
Stir gelatin into boiling water until dissolved. Add orange juice concentrate and stir until melted. Add pineapple and oranges. Pour into a serving bowl or 13x9 inch glass pan. Cover and refrigerate until set. Prepare pudding mix with milk and let stand 5 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and spread over top of set gelatin. Sprinkle with carrots. Cover and refrigerate at least2 hours before serving.
Serves 12 to 16.
