Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound fresh broccoli florets 2 tbsp. vegetable oil 3 tbsp. peeled, matchsticked fresh ginger 1 clove garlic, peeled and thinly sliced 2 tbsp. water 1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add ginger and garlic and cook, stirring, until just golden. Drain on paper towels. Add broccoli to skillet and cook, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes until well browned. Stir together water, soy sauce and vinegar in a small bowl. Add mixture to the skillet and cook about 1 minute until most of liquid is evaporated. Transfer broccoli to a bowl and sprinkle with ginger and garlic. Serve hot.
Serves 2 to 4.
