Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
6 pork chops 1 cup all purpose flour 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 medium head green cabbage, cut into wedges 1 large onion, peeled and sliced 1 large green bell pepper, cored, seeded and diced 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 6 medium potatoes, cut in half lengthwise 1 cup water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in a large skillet. Dredge pork chops in flour, shaking off excess. Brown chops on both sides in oil. In a large baking pan, layer cabbage wedges, pork chops, onion and bell pepper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place potatoes face down on top. Pour water over all. Bake 50 minutes until vegetables are tender and pork is cooked through.
Serves 6.
