Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup olive oil 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup balsamic or red wine vinegar 2 tbsp. minced garlic 4 tsp. crumbled dry rosemary 1 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 1/2 pounds boneless top sirloin steak
Directions
Mix together oil, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and rosemary in a glass baking dish. Add steak and turn to coat. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. Bring steak to room temperature before grilling to desired doneness.
Serves 4 to 6.
