Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 cups large curd cottage cheese, drained 2/3 cup skim milk 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. salt
mandarin orange segments strawberries pineapple cubes seedless grapes cubed melon
Directions
Combine cottage cheese, milk, lemon juice and salt in a blender. Process until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Place bowl with dip in center of platter. Arrange vegetables around dip and serve.
Makes about 2 1/2 to 3 cups dip.
