Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup Dutch process cocoa powder 3/4 cup sugar 2 3/4 cups 1% milk
Directions
Combine cocoa and sugar in a small saucepan. Stir in all but 2 tbsp. of the milk. Cook, stirring, over low heat until sugar dissolves. Pour mixture into a shallow baking pan. Cover and freeze until solid, at least 6 hours. Break frozen mixture up into chunks and transfer to a food processor. Add remaining 2 tbsp. milk and process until slush is thick, light-colored and smooth. Serve in chilled goblets.
Makes six 1/2 cup servings.
