Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 large egg whites 10 small clusters seedless grapes granulated sugar
Directions
Line the bottom of a sheet pan with foil. Place a large rack on foil. Whisk together egg whites in a small bowl until frothy. Dip grape clusters into whites to coat. Place coated clusters on rack. Sift sugar over clusters, turning to coat all sides. Let grapes stand at least 2 hours at room temperature until coating is dried.
Makes 10 grape clusters.
