Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 large egg 3 tbsp. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 4 salmon steaks 1/3 cup all purpose flour 2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
Directions
Heat oil in deep fryer to 375 degrees. Whisk together egg, milk, salt and pepper until well blended. Coat salmon with the flour. Dip into egg mixture to coat then into breadcrumbs. Press lightly to make the crumbs stick. Fry 2 to 3 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Serves 4.
