Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup white wine vinegar 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. crumbled dry tarragon 1/2 tsp. crumbled dry dill 1/2 tsp. crumbled dry mint 2 cups fresh melon or cantaloupe cubes, about 1 inch in diameter cubes
Directions
Stir together vinegar, sugar, and spices until sugar is dissolved. Stir in melon cubes. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
Makes about 6 servings.
