Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 cups old fashioned or quick cooking oats 3/4 cup sliced almonds 1/2 cup raisins 1/4 cup honey 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 2 nectarines, pitted and sliced 2 plums, pitted, sliced 1/2 pint strawberries, stemmed 1/2 pint blueberries 3 tbsp. orange juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine oats, almonds and raisins in a 13x9 pan. Bring honey, oil and cinnamon to boil, stirring. Pour over oat mixture and stir until well mixed. Bake until golden, stirring frequently, about 18 minutes. Cool. Crumble into pieces. Store in an airtight container at room temp. Toss together fruit and orange juice. Let stand 20 minutes. Portion into dishes and sprinkle 1/4 cup granola over each.
Serves 4.
