Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 quarts peeled, thinly sliced cucumbers 1 cup onion, thinly sliced into rings 3 tsp. salt 1/2 cup vinegar 1 1/2 cups sugar
Directions
Stir together cucumber, onion and salt. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Drain off juice. Stir together vinegar and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Pour over cucumbers. Place in a tightly covered container and freeze.
