Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 pound bacon 1/2 cup 1/2&1/2 1/2 cup chicken broth 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 tsp. cracked black pepper 3 ounces brie, rind removed, thin sliced 16 ounces fettucine
Directions
Cook bacon in skillet until browned. Drain bacon on paper towels and chop. Throw away fat in skillet and add 1/2&1/2 and broth. Bring to a boil. Gradually add parmesan and stir until melted. Add pepper and reserved bacon. Reduce heat to a simmer. Gradually add brie, stirring until melted. Cook fettucine and add to skillet. Toss to coat.
Serves 4 to 6.
