Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
6 fresh raspberries
6 whole blackberries
2 small strawberries, stemmed and quartered
6 tsp. Cognac or brandy
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 750ml bottle chilled Champagne
Directions
Place 1 raspberry, 1 blackberry and 1 strawberry quarter in the bottom of each of 6 Champagne flutes. Add 1 tsp. Cognac or brandy and 1/4 tsp. sugar to each glass. Fill glasses with Champagne and serve immediately.
Makes 6 cocktails.
