Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
10 ounce can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits 1 pound ground beef 1/2 cup ketchup 3 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. cider vinegar 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 10 muffin cups. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Press each biscuit out to a 5 inch round. Press each round into the bottom and up sides of muffin tins. Brown ground beef in a large skillet. Drain fat from skillet. Stir together ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and chili powder in a small bowl. Stir into meat mixture. Divide meat mixture between biscuit lined muffin cups. Sprinkle Cheddar over top. Bake about 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool muffins 5 minutes. Remove muffins from pan and serve warm.
Makes 10 muffins.
