Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, about 8 ounces each 1 cup crushed soda crackers 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1/4 tsp. dried basil 1/4 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. seasoning salt 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a large sheet pan. Cut chicken breasts into bite sized pieces. Stir together crushed crackers, Parmesan, Cheddar, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and seasoning salt in a large bowl. Toss the chicken with the melted butter to coat. Add the coated chicken to te cracker mixture and toss well to coat. Place the coated chicken pieces on the prepared pan. Bake chicken about 10 to 15 minutes until golden, crisp and cooked through. Serve hot.
Serves 4.
