Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 McIntosh or Gala apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 1/2 cups shredded green cabbage 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage 1 cup sour cream 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese 1 tbsp. finely grated onion 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
Directions
Toss together apple slices and lemon juice in a large bowl. Add shredded red and green cabbages and toss again. Stir together sour cream, blue cheese, onion and vinegar in a small bowl. Pour half of the sour cream mixture over the slaw and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate slaw at least 30 minutes. Serve chilled slaw with remaining dressing on the side.
Serves 4 to 6.
