Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup finely ground espresso powder 1 cup boiling water 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened slightly, divided
Directions
Brew the espresso with the boiling water and cool. Refrigerate until cold. Combine the brewed espresso, cream and 1 cup of ice cream in a blender and blend at high speed. Add remaining ice cream and blend until smooth. Serve in 2 tall glasses.
Serves 2.
