Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 cup brandy 3 tbsp. dark rum 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. instant espresso or coffee powder 4 cups prepared eggnog 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract ground nutmeg
Directions
Stir together brandy, rum, brown sugar and espresso or coffee powder in a pitcher until sugar and coffee powder dissolves. Stir in eggnog. Cover and refrigerate. Beat together cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Divide eggnog between glasses and top with dollops of whipped cream. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
Serves 8.
