Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
egg roll skins approx. 6 3/4x6 3/4 inches in diameter Vegetable oil
Directions
Heat oil in wok or deep fryer to 375 degrees. Lay 1 egg roll skin on surface of hot oil. Press down with a ladle until completely covered with oil. Fry until crisp and golden brown, approximately 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer to paper towels and carefully remove ladle. Flip bowl upside down to drain and cool(bowl may be very hot). Fill with your favorite salad.
