Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 cups Bisquick baking mix 1/2 cup cpld water 1/3 cup Italian salad dressing 3 medium carrots, peeled and shredded 2 medium tomatoes, chopped 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Stir together baking mix and water to form soft dough. Form into 12 inch circle on an ungreased baking sheet. Fold edges inward to form rim. Stir together dressing, carrots, tomatoes, bell pepper, mushrooms, sprouts, salt and pepper. Spread over dough. Bake until crust is golden brown, approx. 20 to 25 minutes.
