Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
10.75 ounce can cream of mushroom soup 1/3 cup sour cream 1/4 tsp. pepper 16 ounce package frozen, thawed vegetable medley 2.8 ounce can French fried onions, divided 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together mushroom soup, sour cream, pepper, vegetable medley, 1/2 of the French fried onions and 1 cup Swiss in a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and bake about 40 minutes until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle the remaining French fried onions and 1/2 cup Swiss cheese over the top of the casserole. Bake, uncovered, an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot.
Serves 4 to 6.
