Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1/2 tsp. vegetable oil two 8 ounce ham steaks 16 ounce bag frozen sliced peaches, thawed and chopped into bite size pieces 9 ounce jar mango chutney
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add ham steaks and cook until browned and heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer ham steaks to a platter. Add peaches and mango chutney to skillet and cook, stirring, until heated through. Spoon sauce over ham and serve immediately.
Serves 2 to 4.
