Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3/4 cup prepared picante sauce 3/4 cup barbecue sauce 2 pounds chicken pieces, skin removed 1 cup uncooked long grain rice 2 green onions, sliced orange slices and fresh thyme for garnish
Directions
Stir together picante and barbecue sauces. Reserve 3/4 cup. Grill chicken 20 minutes. Baste with remaining picante mixture. Grill an additional 20 minutes, basting often. Cook rice. Stir in reserves picante mixture and green onions. Serve with chicken. Garnish with orange slices and fresh thyme.
Serves 4.
