Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
8 ounces cooked small salad shrimp 4 ounces cooked small pasta shells 1/2 cup peeled, seeded, chopped cucumber 1/2 cup seeded, chopped tomato 1/4 cup chopped black olives 1/4 cup chopped red onion 1 tbsp. dried dill 2/3 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp. white wine wine vinegar
Directions
Toss together shrimp, pasta, cucumber, tomato, olives, onion and dill in a large bowl. Whisk together mayonnaise and white wine vinegar and pour over salad. Toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate salad 1 to 2 hours before serving.
Serves 2.
