Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
16 ounces canned salmon, drained 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs 2 large eggs, beaten to blend 1/2 cup milk 4 green onions, minced 2 stalks celery, chopped 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. white pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together all ingredients and mound into a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake about 45 minutes until loaf is firm and lightly browned. Cool slightly, unmold and slice.
Serves 6 to 8.
