Easy Rib-Eye Steaks with Chili Cumin Rub Recipe Rating: N/A

Ingredients   (view qty in metric system instead)
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 rib-eye steaks, about 6 ounces each

Directions
Preheat grill. Stir together lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Rub spice mixture all over steaks. Let steaks stand 5 minutes at room temperature. Grill steaks to desired doneness.

Serves 2.
