Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
16 ounce can pumpkin 15 ounce can evaporated milk 3 large eggs, beaten to blend 1 cup sugar 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 1 package yellow cake mix 3/4 cup margarine, diced 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, and pie spice until smooth. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle cake mix evely over the top. Sprinkle diced margarine evenly over cake mix. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake 50 minutes. Serve warm. Garnish with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
Serves 10 to 12.
