Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 tbsp. sour cream 2 tsp. mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. finely grated lemon peel 4 tsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. sugar 3 tbsp. water 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 4 cups thinly sliced green cabbage 2 cups coarsely grated, peeled carrot 1 cup thinly sliced green onions 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
Directions
Whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon peel, lemon juice, sugar, water, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Continue whisking until sugar is dissolved. Add cabbage, carrots, green onion and toss until well coated. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
Serves 4.
