Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 envelopes active dry yeast 2 cups warm water(about 105 to 115 degrees) 1/2 cup sugar 2 tsp. salt 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 large eggs, beaten to blend 6 1/2 cups all purpose flour
Directions
Place warm water in a large bowl and sprinkle yeast over. Let stand about 5 minutes until foamy. Add sugar, salt, oil and eggs and mix well. Add flour and mix until well combined. Transfer dough to a large greased bowl and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate dough at least 2 hours and up to 5 days.
To make rolls: Grease a large sheet pan. Shape dough into about 36 rolls and place on the prepared pan. Let rolls rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours in a warm place until doubled. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake risen rolls about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
Makes about 36 rolls.
