Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 cup prepared mayonnaise 1/3 cup milk 2 tbsp. dried chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. chili powder 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. tabasco sauce 8 ounce package elbow macaroni, cooked and drained 16 ounce can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 cup diced Mozzarella cheese
Directions
Stir together mayonnaise, milk, onion, salt, chili powder, garlic powder and tabasco in a large bowl. Add cooked macaroni, kidney beans and diced Mozzarella. Toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Serves 4 to 6.
