Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound chicken legs 1/2 cup orange marmalade 1 tbsp. chili powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a sheet pan with foil. Place marmalade in a small saucepan. Melt marmalade over low heat, stirring frequently. Brush melted marmalade all over chicken legs. Transfer chicken to the prepared pan. Sprinkle chili powder over chicken. Bake about 45 minutes until chicken reaches 160 degrees. Serve hot.
Serves 2 to 4.
