Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
1 pound softened butter 1 quart vanilla ice cream 1 pound dark brown sugar 1/2 cup boiling water 1/8 cup rum
Directions
Stir together butter, ice cream and brown sugar until well combined. Freeze.
For each drink: Stir 1/2 cup butter mixture into boiling water. Stir in rum.
Serves 6 to 8.
