Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
3 1/2 cups packaged biscuit mix 2 tbsp. butter, diced 3/4 cup dried cranberries 1 cup milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place biscuit mix in a large bowl. Add butter and cut in until coarse crumbs form. Add dried cranberries and milk. Stir until a soft dough forms. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Knead dough 10 times. Roll dough out to 1/2 inch thick. Cut out biscuits with a 2 1/2 inch round cutter or floured glass. Transfer biscuits to an ungreased sheet pan. Bake biscuits about 10 minutes until golden brown. Serve biscuits warm.
Makes about 2 dozen biscuits.
