Easy Holiday Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Bars

Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Crust: 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup melted butter
Filling: 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1 cup peanut butter baking chips
Directions
For Crust: Lightly coat the inside of a 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Stir together graham crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl until evenly moistened. Press the crust mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
For Filling: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour the condensed milk over the prepared crust. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Sprinkle the peanut butter chips evenly on top. Press down firmly with a fork. Bake bars about 25 to 30 minutes until the top is lightly browned. Transfer pan to a rack and cool completely. Cut into bars. Store bars on an airtight container at room temperature.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen bars.
