Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
4 large eggs 1 1/2 cups whole milk 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. sugar 1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce 2 cups frozen, thawed corn kernels 4 green onions, minced 1 1/2 cups chopped country ham
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 quart baking dish. Beat together eggs, milk, Swiss cheese, salt, pepper, sugar and Tabasco in a large bowl. Stir in corn and green onions. Pour half of the egg mixture into the prepared dish. Sprinkle ham over. Pour in remaining egg mixture. Bake about 45 to 60 minutes until the tip of a knife comes out clean. Serve immediately.
Serves 6 to 8.
