Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
Dough: 2 cups buttermilk baking mix 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup water
Topping: 14 ounce jar pizza sauce 3 1/2 to 4 ounce package sliced pepperoni 8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese 2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
Directions
For Dough: Prepare grill. Stir together baking mix, salt and water in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead 5 to 8 times until smooth. Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Pat or roll out dough on a floured surface to form four 8 inch circles. Place the dough circles on an oiled grill rack. Grill pizzas 8 minutes on 1 side. Turn crusts over.
For Fillings: Spread pizza sauce onto the grilled side of the crusts. Top with pepperoni and Mozzarella. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over pizzas. Grill an additional 12 to 15 minutes until edgs are browned and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 pizzas.
