Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2 pounds ground beef 1/2 tsp. salt pinch black pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. ground ginger pinch crumbled dried thyme 1/4 tsp. crumbled dried rosemary 1/4 cup undiluted cream of mushroom soup 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat grill. Combine beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger, thyme, rosemary, mushroom soup and bread crumbs in a large bowl. Knead with your hands until well mixed. Form beef mixture into 8 patties. Place patties on an oiled grill rack and cook about 4 inches from heat, about 5 to 10 minutes per side to desired doneness.
Makes about 8 burgers.
