Easy Grilled Flank Steaks with Mustard Marinade

Ingredients (view qty in metric system instead)
2/3 cup Dijon mustard 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tbsp. heavy or whipping cream 2 tsp. crumbled dried thyme 2 tsp. peeled, minced fresh ginger 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper two 1 to 1 1/4 pound flank steaks
Directions
Stir together Dijon, soy sauce, cream, thyme, ginger and pepper in a small bowl. Place steaks in a shallow baking dish and brush Dijon mixture over both sides. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
Prepare grill. Place steaks on a grill rack and cook about 6 minutes per side for medium rare. Slice steaks across the grain and serve.
Serves 4 to 6.
